Our standard mould releasing agent is named I75L. It is a powder made on the basis of graphite and other carbon and mineral materials.
I75L is used as an immerse product (dip-product) applied with the foundry of brass after the techniques of manual, mechanical and low pressure. It is also suitable for lead-free brass casting.
Benefit of using I75L: longer durability of the die, uniform surface of the castings, less subsequent after work of the casting.

I75L graphite mold release agent, is a temperature of maximum 1000 ℃ high thermal resistant release agent,environmental protection, non-toxic, have excellent film-forming properties,has protective effect to mold.The lubricant can make the product forming high transparency,smooth,increase productivity.

| Treatment | ◆ Graphite I75L is mixed in distilled water or deionization water in the proportion of 1:10 and is at once ready for use. ◆ The proportion can be changed according to the weight and thickness of the sides. ◆ Heat the mold to at least 120℃ before using I75L. ◆ It is recommendable to keep the whole liquid in motion by appropriate device (stirring apparatus). |
